Aspen Lakes is conveniently located in northeast Grand Rapids, Michigan, two miles from I-96 and I-196. Situated three miles from downtown Grand Rapids, Aspen Lakes is less than one mile to Huff Park, and Knapps Corner shopping center and movie theatre.

Downtown Grand Rapids is accessible throughout the project via College and Fuller avenues for westbound I-196, and Ottawa and College avenues for eastbound I-196.
Driving Directions:
From the West, on I-96, take Plainfield Avenue via Exit 33, to Plainfield Avenue NE. Turn left on Fuller Avenue, travel about two miles, and turn left on Knapp Street NE.
From the East, on I-96, take Exit 36 - Leonard Street. Turn right on Leonard Street, travel one mile, then turn right on Perkins Avenue. Travel for about one mile, then turn left on Knapp Street NE.
From I-196, take Fuller Avenue via Exit 79, and travel north on Fuller Avenue NE for about two miles. Turn east on Knapp Street NE.
From downtown, take I-196 E, and exit at Fuller Ave, Exit 79. Turn left on Fuller Ave and travel north for two miles. Turn right on Knapp St, and Aspen Lakes is 3/4 miles on the left.
